This study was conducted based on data obtained, from a survey of 10,156 children and adolescents residing in 15 cities and provinces except Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, by National Youth Policy Institute, to examine the relationship between their depression and self-esteem with a focus on mediated effects of physical activity in the close relationship. Correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were utilized for data analysis by using SPSS 18.0 program.
