The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of aerobic exercise for 12-week on blood inflammation markers in over age 60 elderly women patients with diabetes mellitus. Fourteen elderly women were divided into the following 2 groups; (1) control group(n=7), exercise group(n=7). Elderly women were subjected to aerobic exercise for 3day a week for 12 weeks. The statistical results showed the methods that were used which were two-way repeated ANOVA. The results are as follows. There was no significant difference in the categories of Glucose, HDL-C, CRP, Fibrinogen, WBC, ESR, and Triglyceride within two groups.
