In this Study, we designed a controller for motor thermal aging protection based on the real-time sensing of motor operation using semiconductors. The motor power technology generally used in automobiles for side mirror folding controllers, wiper controllers, antenna controllers, and power window controllers is based on DC motors combined with switching elements and relays. These types of systems, however, suffer from lack of reliability and durability and generate a great deal of noise.
