Oxidative stress is the most critical risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Huntington's disease (HD). Numerous reports have demonstrated that oxidative stress aggravates cytotoxicity in dopaminergic neurons and accelerates the formation of protein inclusions.
