Recently, a variety of devices that communicate each other in a ubiquitous web application environment are providing services for the user. The implementation of a ubiquitous environment, however, imposes challenges such as conflicts among devices and unstructured specifications of services. In this paper, a device coordination mechanism that coordinates services of the devices in a ubiquitous web application environment is presented. Device context ontology(DCO) is also developed for a structured specification of services. For the illustrative purpose, a scenario for the application of DCO is constructed
