Die fermentative Laktatproduktion aus Bioabfall mit den nativ vorkommenden Mikroorganismen wurde anhand physikalischer, biochemischer, chemischer und mikrobieller Daten evaluiert. Implementiert als ein zusätzlicher Zwischenschritt in der derzeitigen Bioabfallbehandlung, erhöht die Laktatherstellung den Mehrwert des Bioabfalls und trägt zum Umweltschutz bei.
