The literature of the scientific written work about start-up success, entrepreneurial work motivation and burnout symptoms has its main focus on start-up owners, their motivation and stress factors as well as the possible resulting burnout symptoms. Furthermore, the main goal of the master thesis is to analyze the question, if correlations do exist among start-up success, entrepreneurial motivation and burnout symptoms and how they are influenced by each other.
