International audienceThis study investigates the molecular mechanisms of colistin and carbapenem resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae ST101 strains. The three K. pneumoniae carried bla(CTX-M-15), bla(TEM-183), and bla(SHV-106) genes and two coharbored bla(OXA-48). As for colistin resistance, the isolates had amino acid substitutions in PmrA/B and a truncated mgrB gene in one isolate
