Шпедитерските документи низ призмата на македонската судска практика

The subject matter of this article is examination of freight forwarder’s documents, from theoretical and practical aspect. The huge and dynamic trade of goods and services, contributed to the increment of dilemmas about legal nature of freight forwarders and transports document, their characteristics, and the obligations they impose. Taking this into account, the focus in this article is on the theoretical elaboration of each of the forwarders document’s. The methods that dominate in this article are descriptive-analytical method and comparative method. The main goal in this research is to remove or reduce some dilemmas about freight forwarder’s documents, and to determine the existing and future (potential) dilemmas referring this issue
