ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERMINTAAN KREDIT CEPAT AMAN PADA PT.PEGADAIAN DI KANTOR CABANG PASAR TURI SURABAYA

PT. Pegadaian is a place where people can borrow money with easy processes and steps. Various programs are offered with all conveniences such as for example the request for Secure Fast Credit (KCA). In this study, research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian KC Pasar Turi Surabaya which aims to see the extent of the influence of the number of dependents on the customer's family, the influence of the customer's income, and the level of education of the customer on the demand for Secure Fast Loans. In this study using primary data which was then collected by questionnaire / questionnaire to the speakers as many as 50 people as the study sample. The quantitative method was used in this study with the help of the SPSS Version 20 computer program. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, it was found that the customer income variable and the length of education taken by the customer had a positive effect on the demand for Secure Fast Credit at PT. Pawnshop KC. Turi Market Surabaya. While the variable number of dependents of the customer's family is also dominantly significant for the demand for Secure Fast Credit, based on the test results on each of these variables with a value of 7.368 on the customer income variable which is the most significant influence
