STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI POLITIK TIM SUKSES DALAM PEMILIHAN KEPALA DESA TEGALGONDO 2017 (Studi pada Tim Sukses Pemenangan Nur Mahmud dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa Tegalgondo, Karangploso, Malang 2017)

Regional leader election is the real implementation of democracy practice in a village. People have to actively participate to make a better change. The purpose of this study was to know how political communication used by successful team of Nur Mahmud on regional leader election in Tegalgondo village in 2017. This study was descriptive-qualitative. The data were collected by using interactive model (steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion). The result of this study presented how successful team of Nur Mahmud used political communication during the regional leader election in Tegalgondo village in 2017. It could be concluded that successful team of Nur Mahmud conducted a campaign by visiting people’s houses (door to door). Furthermore, they also promoted the candidate through mouth to mouth, approached the public leaders, and held meetings and evaluation
