So many IUP holders do not report on the implementation of reclamation and post-mining to the Energy Resources Resources Board as the mining supervisor at the provincial level. So it can be concluded that the obligation to carry out reclamation and pascatambang is the obligation of IUP holder of production operation. But in practice the implementation of reclamation and pascatambang do not run optimally. And cause the impact of loss to the people around the mining area, in addition to supervision by the government and law enforcement related does not run maximal and tend to passive.
