No poster available.This paper presents an analysis of the collapse of the European anchovy\ud fishery (engraulis) in the Bay of Biscay. The analysis shows that this crisis\ud is a clear expression of general troubles facing the CFP and its an applied\ud case of deliberations that are analysed in the Green Paper. In the regulation\ud and management of the fishery during the previous years to the official\ud statement of closure of the fishery, we found much of the biases that occur\ud in other fisheries throughout the world, but especially we found many of\ud the inconsistencies of the decision frame peculiar to the EU.
