Add to ORKGPOD Quarterly is a publication of the Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network in Higher Education. POD is an association of people bound together by an interest in improving higher education through faculty, instructional, and organizational development activities and programs. The Network was created in 1976 so that those who share common interests and concerns could exchange information, ideas, and resources; enhance professional skills; debate issues and strategies; and contemplate and plan for the future.
