The paper provides an overall picture of the use of intranet services in IIT, Delhi. Major purposes of the study were to explore the degree of use of existing intranet services, to evaluate services available throughthe intranet, identify the problems which are being faced by users and make suggestion for improving service. Questionnaire, interview, and observational methods were used for data collection, and 400 valid samples were collected. The study found that electronic journals and abstracting services are most often used by IIT, Delhi users.
