Organization as a Management Variable: A Survey of Nigerian University Libraries in the South South Zone

This research examined the influence of the management variable of organizing on availability of information sources in the four Federal University Libraries in the south-south zone of Nigeria. The sample consisted of all academic librarians in the university libraries under study. One null hypothesis was formulated and tested. The instrument used to collect data for this study was a validated questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using percentages, chi-square, and contingency correlation co-efficient.
