In this work an implementation of a newly proposed indoor localization algorithm is described. The new algorithm is based on acoustic signals that are readily available in the environment and not intended for this purpose, called "signals of opportunity". The proposed algorithm is intended to be implemented on mobile devices running the Android\u99 platform for maximum accessibility to the public. The algorithm makes use of acoustic time-difference of arrival measurements and fingerprinting database comparisons.
