Investigación documental ética y responsabilidad social (RS) en las empresas de economía solidaria

Introduction. - There is a consensus that the engine of the development of the economy is the company, which seeks to generate private wealth, but also maximize the positive impacts of their management and adequately mitigated the negative. Social Responsibility, based on ethical values and in the dialog with its stakeholders, becomes a foundation that contributes to the success and long-term sustainability of the enterprise, its incidence of environment and society. Objective. - To make it clear that social responsibility is linked in the values and principles of the solidarity economy and that, therefore, constitutes an ideology inherent in this. Methodology. - based on certain knowledge and founded author, was selected and delimited the item. As in the process of documentary research available, essentially, of documents, which are the result of other research, theoretical reflections, was revised that has been written on the subject, this has been handled, in that state is and what have been its trends. Results. - occurs as a result two (2) proposals for management with social responsibility. Conclusions. - It is impossible to talk about Social Responsibility without firm convictions and values which are rooted in the rulers of this company, and a commitment on the part of the address to apply it in practice; the solidarity economy is higher than from the human point of view, from the social point of view and from the ethical point of view, with regard to the capitalist economyExiste consenso en que el motor de desarrollo de la economía es la empresa, la cual busca generar riqueza privada, pero también maximizar los impactos positivos de su gestión y mitigar adecuadamente los negativos. La Responsabilidad Social, basada en valores éticos y en el diálogo con sus partes interesadas, se convierte en un cimiento que contribuye al éxito y sostenibilidad a largo plazo de las empresas, su entorno de incidencia y la sociedad. La investigación tuvo como objetivo, poner de manifiesto que la Responsabilidad Social está vinculada en los valores y principios de la economía solidaria y que, por tanto, constituye una ideología inherente a ésta. Para ello el grupo investigador se basó en conocimientos ciertos y fundamentados del autor, se seleccionó y delimito el tema. Como en el proceso de investigación documental se dispone, esencialmente, de documentos, que son el resultado de otras investigaciones, de reflexiones de teóricos, se revisó qué se ha escrito sobre el tema, cómo se ha tratado éste, en qué estado se encuentra y cuáles han sido sus tendencias. Se presenta como resultado de dos (2) propuestas de Gestión con Responsabilidad Social. Se concluye que se necesitan convicciones firmes para hablar de Responsabilidad Social y valores arraigados en los que gobiernan la empresa, y un compromiso por parte de la dirección de llevarla a la práctica; la economía solidaria es superior desde el punto de vista humano, desde el punto de vista social y desde el punto de vista ético, con respecto a la economía capitalist
