Diseño de prácticas lúdicas para el desarrollo de las competencias específicas en la asignatura de logística del programa de ingeniería industrial

The development of this degree project had the objective of creating the guides used by the students of industrial engineering within the logistics laboratory. In the engineering laboratories there must be a playful environment in which the students in a dynamic, pleasant and creative way can consolidate all the knowledge acquired in the theory, for this the playful guides are used in order to reinforce this knowledge. For the creation of these, it was necessary to conduct a proper investigation where the participation of the student and the support of the teachers was evidenced, with respect to the creation of these new guides, in which the opinion of the students is taken to identify which are those factors that make students feel more attracted to acquiring new knowledge, and that of teachers as support to correctly identify these learning tools. This research was carried out through surveys made to teachers and students and based on these results, guides based on a playful education were built, where the student has the opportunity to learn in a more dynamic and less monotonous way for him, so that the student will fall in love with the subject much more easily. As a result, 5 guides were created based on the most relevant topics within the logistics subject, which can be observed within this project.El desarrollo de este proyecto de grado tuvo como objetivo la creación de las guías usadas por los estudiantes de ingeniería industrial dentro del laboratorio de logística. En los laboratorios de ingeniería debe existir un ambiente lúdico en el cual los estudiantes de una forma dinámica, agradable y creativa puedan afianzar todos los saberes adquiridos en la teoría, para ello se utilizan las guías lúdicas con el fin de reforzar estos conocimientos. Para la creación de estas, fue necesario realizar una debida investigación donde se evidencio la participación del estudiante y el apoyo de los docentes, con respecto a la creación de estas nuevas guías, en él se toma la opinión de los estudiantes para identificar cuáles son aquellos factores que logran que los estudiantes se sientan más atraídos por adquirir nuevos conocimientos, y la de los docentes como apoya para identificar correctamente estas herramientas de aprendizaje. Dicha investigación fue realizada por medio de encuestas realizadas a los docentes y estudiantes y a partir de estos resultados se construyeron guías basadas en una enseñanza lúdica, donde el estudiante tiene la oportunidad de aprender de una forma más dinámica y menos monótona para él, de modo que el estudiante se enamore de la asignatura con mucha más facilidad. Como resultado se crearon 5 guías basadas en los temas más relevantes dentro de la asignatura de logística, las cueles podrán ser observadas dentro de este proyecto
