Accompagner les transitions professionnelles dans les projets innovants

International audienceOur work focuses on the professional transitions required to address the issues and meet the challenges of sustainable development. We see sustainable development as something that has to be thought out, especially in terms of work activities (to the extent that there will be no sustainability without workers being able to implement it in their work). After having indicated the depth of the changes requested and the corresponding design regime, we make two proposals that are intended to support the professional transitions required by the transition to more sustainable forms of production: namely (i) the implementation of a step-by-step design, and (ii) the creation of a work observatory whose operating methods are described.Notre travail, focalisé sur les transitions professionnelles répond aux enjeux du développement durable. Nous voyons le développement durable comme quelque chose qui doit être pensé, spécialement en termes d'activités de travail (sachant qu'il n'y aura pas de soutenabilité sans travailleurs). Après avoir indiqué les profondeurs du changement requis et le régime de conception correspondant, nous faisons deux propositions pour accompagner les transitions professionnelles requises pour des formes plus durables de production : la mise en oeuvre d'une conception pas à pas et la création d'observatoires du travail
