Conceptual lithography using inexpensive materials

Lithography is an important process that has many applications but is also very expensive. The high cost associated with the process makes it difficult to teach with a limited budget. A method was established for teaching basic lithographic concepts using low-cost materials. Successful pattern transfers were completed using various adhesives and different master material
