Shaping the future for primary care education and training project. Education and Training Needs Analysis (ETNA) for integrated health and social care: the development of a toolkit

This report charts the development of an Education and Training Needs Analysis (ETNA) Toolkit. The Toolkit aims to enable agencies to identify the knowledge and skills required of participants to work effectively within integrated health and social care services and to contribute actively to service integration.
