PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN AMPAS KELAPA HASIL FERMENTASI Aspergillus oryzaeDALAM PAKAN KOMERSIAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticusLinn.)

Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus Linn.) was one type of potential fish as source of animal protein. The fishery product can increasing, so need of feed with high quality, especially feed with elementary nutrition of protein. Coconut waste was one of the domestic waste type which still have high nutrition content, especially protein and have potency to be processed to become materials made of feed fish. Coconut waste was fermented process with Aspergillus oryzae early, so this fermented process was expected can improve energy digest its protein. The aims of this research were to known addition effect of fermented coconut waste which have as mixture in feed to rate content of protein and growth of Nile Tilapia. Completely random method was used in this research. This research was done in 60 days with 4 types of diets treatment with contained fermented coconut waste and commercial pellet. The composition for the treatment I, II, III, and IV were 75%: 25%; 50%:50%; 25%;75%; and 0%:100%. The experiment was carried out in three replications. The result of data analysis show that the addition of fermented coconut waste was 75% of diet caused water rate, fat, and harsh fibre were increased 25,72%; 20,36%;dan 10,56%. The growth of Nile Tilapia after given addition fermented coconut waste of diet was increasing. The best concentration of the addition of fermented coconut waste of diet was 25%. However, some improvements should be done on the composition of nutrition so that the content of protein and growth Nile Tilapia was increase.
