PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA MENGGUNAKAN TGT DENGAN PERMAINAN TTS DAN RODA IMPIAN DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN AWAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

The objectives of the research are to know: (1) the effect of TGT learning method using cross word and wheel of fortune to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (2) the effect of high and low the beginning ability of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (3) the effect of high and low motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (4) interaction between Chemistry study uses Team Games Tournaments (TGT) using Cross Word and Wheel of Fortune is reviewed from beginning ability of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (5) interaction between Chemistry study uses Team Games Tournaments (TGT) using Cross Word and Wheel of Fortune is reviewed from and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (6) interaction between the beginning ability of student and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (7) interaction between learning method Team Games Tournaments (TGT) using Cross Word and Wheel of Fortune, the beginning ability of student and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. The research is using experiment method. The population is the students of grade X, SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban in the academic year 2009/2010, Sample is taken by claster random sampling technique, number 2 classes. The technique of collecting data from the variable of the beginning ability and cognitive student’s achievement are collected by tes method and those in affective student’s achievement and motivation are collected by questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data is ANAVA three ways different cell. Based on the result of the research are concluded : (1) there are effect of TGT learning method using Cross Word and Wheel of Fortune to the kognitive and affective student’s achievement in chemistry. (2) there are effect of high and low the beginning ability of student to the kognitive student’s achievement but there is no effect of high and low memory to the affective studen’s achievement in chemistry . (3) there are effect of high and low motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (4) no interaction between learning method and the beginning ability of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (5) no interaction between learning method and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (6) no interaction between the beginning ability of student and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry. (7) there are interaction between learning method Team Games Tournaments (TGT) using Cross Word and Wheel of Fortune the beginning ability of student, and motivating study of student to the student’s achievement in chemistry
