This collection contains documents related to Mr. Fuerst's experience as a soldier in the First World War. Documents include: poems including "Jude und Jude," circa 1914; essay on the methods and value of instruction in military service; treatise on three types of Jews in Germany: "Eastern European Zionists", "uprooted assimilationists", and "national-German Jews", with which the author identifies.
