Requirements Problems in Twelve Software Companies: An Empirical Analysis

The aim of the work is to develop a more holistic understanding of the requirements process, so that companies can more effectively organise and manage requirements. The findings suggest that most requirements problems are organisational rather than technical, and that there is a relationship between companies' maturity and patterns of requirements problems.Peer reviewe
