This study aims to give an analogy of the working methods of NGOs facilitating the realization of human rights for undocumented migrants in Thailand and in Sweden. The objective is to see similarities and differences in methods as well as to be able to offer informed recommendations on how these organizations could learn from each other. An analysis was conducted of the following: • the role of NGOs • the methods NGOs use in terms of services and advocacy for undocumented immigrants • the framework in which NGOs work with Human Rights in Sweden and in Thailand.
