Mobile phone technology is our constant companion; it keeps us connected to other people such as families, friends and colleagues. Its constant usage can lead to potentially intrusive calls creating challenges for the user, having to decide to answer the phone or not. The purpose of the study is to propose an innovative way of using mobile phone by integrating both Voice Call service and SMS1. In order to do this we studied the behavior towards the usage of mobile phone. By observing and studying the different services available to mobile phone users, we have come up with a conceptual design integrating SMS and Voice Call services in a user friendly way, which was then evaluated with the help of interviews.
