PENGARUH AUDIT DELAY TERHADAP INVESTOR REACTION (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI)

Companies that have audit delays can have negative effects or negative views from these investors and can make investors delay their investments because of audit delays, namely delays in financial statement information that investors need to be faster than the longer the audit, investors will delay their investment. This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Delay on Investor Reaction on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. This type of research is the type of associative research. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The population in this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample in the study uses purposive sampling method by determining several criteria. In this study a sample of 105 companies using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the Audit Delay variable had an influence on the Investor Reaction
