PERHITUNGAN NISBAH DALAM PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH PADA PT.BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA SYARIAH KCP LAWANG

The purpose of this study to evaluate whether the implementation mechanism of the ratio in mudharabah financing at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Kcp Lawang has been implemented with the terms and conditions that have been determined by the MUI Fatwa and the basics of Islamic law. This research is a descriptive study that explains and presents data on the evaluation of the ratio principle in mudharabah financing at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Kcp Lawang. The conclusion that can be taken from this study is about how to apply the Bank to mudharabah financing at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Kcp Lawang has carried out the requirements of the ratio principle in mudharabah financing, but there are some obstacles regarding the level of interest in this product, because this mudharabah financing product is very difficult to reach by small entrepreneurs because the requirements are quite complicated and cannot applied by these entrepreneurs
