The Timestepping Simulation for Optimization ("TSOpt") library provides an interface for time-stepping simulation. It packages a simulator togehter with its derivatives ("sensitivities") and adjoint derivaties with respect to simulation parameters, and uses the aggregate to define a Rice Vector Library Operator subclass
