The Ti-Ni binary system under non-equilibrium conditions offers an exciting range of metastable microstructures including nanodispersions in glassy and crystalline matrices. We report a systematic study of these microstructures and phase stability for a wide range (10-90 at.%) of rapidly solidified Ti-Ni binary alloys.
