Commissioned by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), through the Engineering-to-Employment (E2E) programme, the research team facilitated a group of engineering employers and Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITPs) representatives to develop a Plot Degree Apprenticeship Standard in Infrastructure Asset Management. The report details the process of an employer-led development of a standard, in an area of impending engineering employee shortage.
