RESEPSI SASTRA NILAI KEMANUSIAAN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN AYAT-AYAT AL-QURAN DALAM LIRIK LAGU MICHAEL JACKSON

The title of the research is Resepsi Sastra Nilai Kemanusiaan yang Berhubungan dengan Ayat-Ayat Al-Quran dalam Lirik Lagu Michael Jackson. The research was conducted to describe values of humanity and its correlation between verses of AlQuran in five lyrics of Michael Jackson’s songs. The method applied in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis through reception approach. The research uses theory of lyric, diction, reception and values of humanity. Based on the results of the research, there are 25 quotations of Love, 6 quotations of Kindness and 10 quotations of Social Intelligence of values of humanity. The correlation of the verses of Al-Quran in five lyrics of Michael Jackson’s songs are (1) We are the World with Surah Ali Imran verse 104, Surah Al-Maidah verse 2, Surah Al-Hadid verse 7 and Surah Maryam verse 96. (2) Man in the Mirror with Surah Ar-Ra’d verse 11, Surah Az-Zumar verse 53, Surat Al-An’am verse 135 and Surah An-Nisa verse 8. (3) Heal the World with Surah An-Nahl verse 90, Surah Al-Mumtahanah verse 8, Surah Maryam verse 96 and Surah Ar-Rad verse 11. (4) Black or White with Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 and 13, Surah Ar-Rum verse 22 and Surah Fatir verse 28. (5) What More Can I Give with Surah Al-Baqarah verse 148 and 245, Surah Maryam verse 96 and Surah Al-Hadid verse 7
