HUBUNGAN POWER LENGAN DAN FLEKSIBILITAS PERGELANGAN TANGAN TERHADAP PENGUASAAN TEKNIK DASAR CHEST PASS PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLABASKET SMP NEGERI 1 KOTA SUKABUMI TAHUN 2018

This study aims to determine and analysis the relationship power arm and wrist flexibility in the extracurricular basketball of Junior High School 1 of Sukabumi on the background by the importance of the role of power arm and flexibility of the wrist in basketball game. This research uses survey method with test and measurement technique. The population in this study is a member of extracurricular basketball Junior High School 1 of Sukabumi which amounted to 25 people, with sampling technique using total sampling. Instruments used in this study include: (1).Test power arm. (2).Test the flexibility of the wrist. (3).Controlling of basic chest pass technique test. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation data collection techniques that seek the relationship and contribution of two independent variables (X) or more simultaneously (together) with the dependent variable (Y) using multiple correlation formulas, tested significantly with Farithmetic. Based on the results of calculations using multiple correlation techniques obtained results Farithmetic (21,76) > Ftable (3,44) with a significant level 0,05 then H0 rejected, meaning there is a relationship between power arm and wrist flexibility to controlling of basic chest pass technique in basketball game at Junior High School 1 of Sukabumi. Based on correlation result X1, X2 There is a Y to get Fcount (21,765) > Ftable (3,44) with a significant level 0,05. By getting the calculation results Rx1x2y amount 0,814 with relatively strong categories and constructions simultaneously R2 x 100% = 0,8142 x 100% = 66,25% and the rest 33,75%. This means mastery of power arm and elasticity of the wrist contribute to mastery of basic chest pass technique that can be done in basketball games 66,25% and the remaining 33,75% by other variables.
