Planning processes, especially, scheduling play a major role in work systems stability and efficiency. Scheduling is regarded as a complex problem; among complexity factors, uncertainty represent a central dimension. Although numerous automated tools or decision support systems have already been designed to help operators schedule their activities. The part played by said operators remains primordial. Paradoxically, few researches were concerned by the cognitive activity of the scheduler.
