Comparative yield suitable, or potentially suitable, commercial production potato varieties were conducted during the 1985 growing season by the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, Palmer Research Center. Forty names and numbered varieties were included in the 1985 trial. Numbered varieties originated in the potato-breeding program of Dr. C. H.
