Abstract: In this paper a study of Multiplexed Metropolis Light Transport (MMLT) algorithm implementation on GPUs is provided. It is carried out on a set of 3D scenes representative for photorealistic rendering applications. The previously unknown features and problems of the algorithm were discovered and some of them were solved. The comparison with GPU analogue Octane shows the advantages of the developed system in typical architectural scenes for hard sampling illumination phenomena.Note: Research direction:Programming, parallel computing, multimedi
