Background and Objective: Several studies have reported that serum antibodies against periodontal pathogens are related not only to periodontal status but also to systemic conditions, such as glycemic control and serum lipids. Therefore, this study examined the associations of serum IgG antibodies against periodontal pathogens with periodontal status and serum lipid levels in community dwellers.
