This thesis is a compendium of various of rights which are currently victims of African workers by their employers despite various legislations in the work that exist in all states parties ; to the point where they appear to live another operation after slavery and colonialism. They live poverty on a daily basis. These evils are recognized both in the individual employment relationship as in public reports.
