International audienceThe objective of this study is the assessment of the fracturation pattern of the mounts of Traras from remote sensing imagery analysis. The Traras massif essentially mountainous is located in the north west block of Oran of the alpine chain and corresponds to the northern domain of Tlemcen. It is limited at the North by the Mediterranean sea, to the East by the quaternary basin of Tafna, to the West by the Beni-Snassen (eastern Morocco) and to the south by the depression of Maghnia. The region of study includes two very distinct domains, structurally and lithologically. A sedimentary cover essentially formed of lands of ante-triasic age, mainly calcareous-marly and clayey formations, on a substratum of primary Devonian...
