International audienceThis article presents the results of an archaeological excavation carried out in 2008 on the edge of Carcassonne, Aude. The remains comprised seven burials within two groups forming a small cremation cemetery dated to the Late Bronze Age (final IIIb). Each of these groups were situated around a central burial structure indicative of a tumulus. Two deposits relating to funerary activity have also been identified.
