A new developed forming method was used to shape very thin and double-curved AlMgSc sheets (AA5024, sheet thickness s = 0.4 mm). In this time-dependent process, elevated temperatures and a certain pressure are significant to achieve adequate forming results. This paper deals with the influence of the pressure/temperature/time-cycle on the forming behavior of mentioned thin-walled AlMgSc sheets, especially with regard to the properties of the formed parts. Furthermore, the formability of a higher number of blanks in one forming operation was investigated to reduce the production time
