Optimal laryngeal exposure during transoral laryngeal surgery is fundamental. We aimed to evaluate the reliability of a recently proposed score (Laryngoscore) in predicting difficult laryngeal exposure (DLE) in an independent cohort of patients undergoing elective microlaryngoscopy.
