The autor refers to the Argentine architect Amancio Williams ( 1913-1989) and his desig of Casa del Rio projects at Mar del Plata and the "Umbrellas" - special thin shell structures- and to the Italian-Argentine architect Clorindo Testa (1923-2013) and his two most representative works, both built in Buenos Aires, which are the Banco de Londres y Am\ue9rica del Sur and the National Library.
