Non-tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the second most common oral tumor in dogs [1]. It is locally aggressive with a low-moderate rate of metastasis. Surgery and radiation therapy can both be used for local control. However, these two treatments are not always feasible due to owner’s willing or financial concerns.
