L'apomixie partielle des porte-greffes d'agrumes nécessite une distinction des plants zygotiques des plants nucellaires. Dans ce but, 25 porte-greffes ont été caractérisés par l'analyse de leur système enzymatique à partir de fragments d'écorces et de feuilles. Basé sur 8 enzymes, le système enzymatique a pu être évalué par l'étude de 11 loci polymorphes. Les profils enzymatiques sont similaires sur les écorces et les feuilles sauf pour l'alcool déshydrogénase qui est absente au niveau des feuilles. Le zymmogramme des écorces est généralement de meilleure qualité. L'identification variétale est bonne mais l'analyse des isoenzymes ne permet pas l'identification des souches de Poncirus.
