Afin de mieux connaître le déterminisme génétique de résistance à la maladie fongique causée par #Microcyclus ulei#, une nouvelle stratégie de sélection est mise en place. A cet effet, on développe une approche de cartographie du génome et on présente les résultats obtenus pour deux clones, l'un le PB260, clone cultivé à haut rendement sensible à la maladie et l'autre, le RO38, lignée sauvage amazonienne résistante. Le déterminisme génétique de résistance, dans le cas de la résistance totale apportée par RO38, apparaît être complexe et ne correspond pas à un modèle monogénique comme on le supposai
