This thesis concentrates on the work well-being of temporary employees and measures to develop it. The goal was to examine the current level of work well-being of the temporary employees and to discover the level of satisfaction to case company and client company operations. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part has two main chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept of personnel leasing, its benefits and challenges, and the legislation related to it. Second chapter concerns work well-being, its importance and the factors influencing it.
