Development and Experience of Practical Use of Scientific and Methodical Support of University Management

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of university managers on the basis of the development and experience of practical use of scientific and methodological support of the intra-university management. The authors summarized the results of scientific research and the methodological support for intra-university management developed on their basis and taking into account the author's experience, including the technologies for organizing the activity of management personnel in a higher educational institution at different levels, in particular: the management of a higher educational institution; management of the faculty of the university; management of the department of the university; technologies for organizing the activities of teachers; technology self-organization of student learning.Цель статьи – обосновать возможности повышения эффективности деятельности университетских менеджеров на основе разработки и опыта практического использования научно-методического обеспечения внутривузовского менеджмента. Авторами обобщены результаты научных исследований и разработанное на их основе и с учетом авторского опыта методическое обеспечение внутривузовского менеджмента, включающее технологии организации деятельности управленческих кадров в высшем учебном заведении на разных уровнях, в частности: управление высшим учебным заведением; управление факультетом вуза; управление кафедрой вуза; технологии организации деятельности преподавателей; технологии самоорганизации обучения студентов
